The Chorus of the Icelandic Opera

The chorus of the Icelandic Opera has a very important role in the productions of the company. It has received excellent reviews and has had many artistic accomplishments both vocally and dramatically. Many of the singers have had an extended education and versatile experience on the opera stage. They regularly sing solo roles in the productions and are very active in the cultural life in Iceland.


The chorus gives a well attended concert annually the day before Christmas in Harpa.
